Norman and Rothwell make long squad

Tallula Norman and Libby Rothwell have been selected into the U17 Team Bath long squad and are attending sessions in May and June. The girls are hoping to be selected into the final competitive squad to compete against other regional teams in the NPFL Tournament taking place 23-27 August. Congratulations girls and good luck in making the final squad.

Guthrie key to Giants success

GIANTS Netball remain unbeaten in Suncorp Super Netball and our star England international midcourter Serena Guthrie’s versatility has been important to the Club’s success so far.

With another big challenge this weekend in Melbourne against the Vixens, Guthrie says the Club are in a good place and ready for the next challenge.

Guthrie named to face Jamaica

Serena Guthrie has been named in the Roses squad which has been selected to take part in the three-match Vitality Netball International Series against Jamaica.

The Roses squad selected to face Jamaica is as follows;

Tallula Norman and Libby Rothwell attended a Netball South West Elite Camp in Truro 1-4 August. The girls attended sessions on team building, technical court sessions, beach activities and video analysis.

Norman earns Team Bath Place

25/7/2016

Congratulations to Tallula who was selected into the final 12 girls representing Netball South West in the U17 NPFL Tournament taking place 22-24 July in Loughborough. Tallula was placed in the higher NPL squad ahead of her NPFL (U17) squad and stepped up to the challenge at short notice. Team Bath NPL finished 5th out of 10 NPL teams.

Further success at Regional Level

Molly Carre and Abbie Le Marquand attended screening for next seasons Regional Academy and are awaiting the outcome. Libby Rothwell was unable to attend screening.

Tallula Norman has been awarded a place on the Regional Academy for next season and has been invited to attend a Regional Performance session 9 June.

Tallula Norman and Libby Rothwell are currently attending training sessions as part of the Netball South West Netball Performance Foundation League (NPFL) Training squad. A Final squad will be selected at the end of June to represent Team Bath in a NPFL Tournament taking place 22-24 July.

The top Regional girls are selected into the Regional Performance Academy. Anya Le Monnier has trained in the Regional Performance Academy this season.

Fundraising Bag Pack

Regional Academy girls Gabby, Libby and Abbie completed a bag pack on the 26 March at Marks & Spencer St Clement store and raised a fantastic £520 towards the cost of travel to attend Regional training at the University of Bath.

Norman and Le Marquand selected for Team Bath NPFL

Regional Academy girls Abbie Le Marquand and Tallula Norman were selected to represent Team Bath in a Netball Performance Foundation League (NPFL) game against Team South on the 18 March.

The girls played half a game each. It's fantastic to have such talented girls coming through the performance pathway.
