The Performance Pathway sits under the England Roses programme.
Serena Guthrie is a Podium athlete within the England Roses. She won gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and Captained England Roses to a bronze medal at the 2019 World Cup. Lily Jones and Bella Valuer-Adu are in the U19 England Roses Training Squad. |
Netball Superleague, Yorkshire and London U19 and U21 Academies compete in the U19 and U21 Netball Performance Leagues. Severn Stars and Team Bath are based in the South West of England.
Lily Jones has been selected into the Team Bath Superleague Squad, Anya Le Monnier is in the Team Bath Superleague Long Squad. Tallula Norman is in the U21 Severn Stars Squad. Bella Valuer-Adu is in the Team Bath U19 Squad. Libby Rothewell trains as part of the North East U21 NPL Academy. |

We have a number of players who have played at this level but our U17s are in the U19 Squads. In Jersey we run the U16 PwC Academy where participants train on a weekly basis allowing them the opportunity to play for our performance club Team Jets and also Jersey. |
Hope Jordan and Chloe Lagudu have been selected to play in the U15 Team Bath NPL Long Squad in August 2021. Taylor mai Dickson, Layla Dos Santos and Emily Le Gros are training in the U15 Team Bath Academy along with Hope Jordan and Chloe Lagadu

Code of Conduct
All members of the Performance Programme are expected to comply with England Netball’s Code of Conduct which can be found to the right. It is your personal responsibility to understand and abide by the Code of Conduct. As well as following England Netball’s Code of Conduct, Performance Athletes, Staff and Associated Persons are expected to fully understand their responsibility to England Netball, its Sponsors, the Public, the Programme and to themselves; to behave in a manner befitting of an elite and high profile positive role model. |
